SC collegium recommends appointment of 5 judicial officers as judges of Gujarat High Court
The Supreme Court Collegium on Thursday recommended the elevation of five judicial officers Susan Valentine Pinto, Hasmukhbhai Dalsukhbhai Suthar, Jitendra Champaklal Doshi, Mangesh Rameshchandra Mengde and Divyeshkumar Amritlal Joshi as judges of the Gujarat High Court.
The collegium also recommended advocates Devan Mahendrabhai Desai and Moxa Kiran Thakkar for appointment as judges of the High Court of Gujarat and advocate Kardak Ete for appointment as a judge in the Gauhati High Court.
