Patna: Unidentified bike riding miscreants shot two bullion traders for opposing the robbery siwan On Saturday night, the injured traders have been identified as Sachin Shah and Shamshad Ahmed, residents of Purandarpur village.
According to the police, the incident took place near Purandarpur market under Goriyakothi police station area when five miscreants riding two bikes stopped Sachin, who was returning home with Shamshad after closing his shop at Bhithi market. When both tried to raise an alarm, the miscreants fired at them and stabbed Sachin and fled away with a bag full of Rs 6,000 cash and his bike. Both the injured were admitted to Sadar Hospital, from where they were referred to Patna for treatment.
Goriyakothi SHO Abhimanyu said that both the injured are being treated at PMCH. “One of them has a bullet injury in the chest, while the other has a leg injury.
