Patna: Congress national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is likely to attend and address a rally on the last day of the party’s Bihar edition.India Jodo YatraIn Gaya.
The yatra in the state began on January 5 from Mandar Parbat in Banka district. Three phases of the yatra have been concluded and the last phase will start after Holi. During a meeting at Sadaqat Ashram, the party’s headquarters, Congress state president Akhilesh Prasad Singh said: “The top leadership has given a clear indication that Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will address a rally in Gaya.”
Earlier there was talk that former party president Rahul Gandhi might come to the state to address a rally on the last day of the yatra.
The yatra was to end at the end of February, but it was rescheduled due to the party’s national convention from February 24 to 26 in Raipur.
