Singh, son of RJD’s state unit president Jagdanand Singh, was talking to reporters in the assembly premises before the start of the budget session.

“He has no vision. Entire Bihar knows that he has failed on all fronts. He is not in favor of restoring Krishi Mandis (marketing yards). He does not want to improve the education scenario. His rule All the development works were done on paper only. He only wants to occupy his chair. The state has been pushed back on the parameters of development.’

“Nitish Kumar should be removed from the post of CM. Law and order has broken down. Big incidents of crime are happening in the state. There is prohibition in Bihar and people are dying of spurious liquor.

Deputy Chief Minister and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said action would be taken against Singh. He said, ‘If he is deliberately making such statements, it means he is acting on someone’s behest. Such statements are not correct. The party’s national president (his father Lalu Prasad) will take a call soon,” Yadav said.

On Sunday evening, Sudhakar Singh had said that he would welcome President’s Rule in the country and not Nitish Kumar as the Prime Minister. He was addressing a large gathering of farmers in Kaimur in the presence of Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Rakesh Tikait

“At a time when farmers, poor and laborers are facing their worst crisis, he (Nitish Kumar) 350 crore aircraft to further his ambitions of becoming the prime minister. The money could have benefited the farmers,” he had said.

Earlier, Singh was issued a show cause notice by the RJD, to which he replied last week, but no action was taken.

Meanwhile, CM Kumar’s party JD-U reacted sharply to Singh’s remarks.

JD-U spokesperson Neeraj Kumar said, “We do not take notice of the RJD MLA who is 420 (accused in a cheating case) and has gone to jail in the paddy milling scam.”
