A wild swing by Karachi Kings lower-order batsman Irfan Khan off Tom Curran went up in the air and almost went over the boundary rope for a six. However, Hasan Ali showed top-class fielding skills as he caught the ball in the air, throwing it back to Rassie van der Dussen, who successfully caught the ball to complete a spectacular relay catch.

Karachi skipper Imad Wasim has been at his best in the ongoing PSL, playing a major role for his team with both bat and bowling, and certainly making a strong case for his return to the national team. So far in PSL 2023, Wasim (3 matches, 7 wickets) has played a total of seven matches, scoring 237 runs with a remarkable strike-rate of 179.54.
With a two-point lead, Karachi desperately need a win tonight against Islamabad, who have won only two games so far. Islamabad, on the other hand, are well on their way to a top-four finish in PSL 2023 with three wins out of five so far.
