Infinix 260W FastCharge, 110W Wireless FastCharge announced

Following the rumours, Infinix has officially introduced its 260W FastCharge and 110W Wireless FastCharge, which it calls an “all-round FastCharge” solution that provides a flexible, safe and smart fast charging experience for users across all scenarios.

260W all-round fastcharge

The company said that the 260W all-round FastCharge can charge the phone with a 4400mAh battery up to 25% in 1 minute and 1-100% in just 7.5 minutes.

The charging architecture utilizes a 4-pump intelligent circuit design that intelligently identifies power requirements and allocates the number of charge pumps needed to do the job, and a 12C high-rate 4400mAh battery with a multi-electrode lug structure , which ensures a higher charging conversion efficiency. Up to 98.5%, as well as extends battery life. The company said the battery retains more than 90% of its energy after 1,000 cycles.

The charger uses the triple GaN material PFC + AHB innovative circuit architecture, with higher power density, smaller size, more intelligent and safer charging control, and a wider range of chargeable products.

The charging cable adapts the emarker identification chip with the new interface structure design. This cable can carry up to 13A of current, and when combined with Infinix’s customized fast charging protocol, ensures that 260W high-power extreme fast charging is possible, the company said.

110W Wireless All-Round FastCharge

The 110W wireless all-round FastCharge can charge the device up to 100% in 16 minutes. It uses custom-made small-sensitive coils, which have fewer coils than conventional designs and wider coils in the same space, Infinix said as it overcomes conventional architectural limitations, reducing coil internal resistance Minimizes, and subsequently reduces, the rise in phone temperature, extending peak power charging time. , and improves wireless charging efficiency.

The custom-made 110W wireless charger features a dual coil design for both vertical and horizontal charging. The charge station also houses a fan at the base for silent air-cooling, which improves heat dissipation efficiency in areas with typically high heat.

Infinix all-round fastcharge solution

Infinix said that it has developed an innovative charging solution called All-Round FastCharge which is fast, flexible, smart and safe. It aims to provide a smooth and convenient charging experience catering to all consumer needs.

The solution provides both wired and wireless fast charging, as well as reverse charging, bypass charging and multi-protocol charging. With wired and wireless dual fast charging, it promises the best charging experience on the go.

Has reverse charging function, is compatible with multiple fast charging protocols including PD 3.0, and offers intelligent charging and monitoring features such as night charging and bypass charging to extend battery life and reduce heat.

In terms of safety, Infinix says that its solution includes over 140+ safety mechanisms and 20+ temperature sensors, ensuring safe operation even in extreme environments.

Infinix said that all-round FastCharge will be available with Infinix’s upcoming Note series, which should be the Infinix 13. We should have more details later this year.

Commenting on the new charging technology, Liang Zhang, Deputy General Manager of Infinix said:

Infinix has always been at the forefront of developing fast charging technologies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Leading the development of fast charge technologies, we’ve always prioritized the overall charging experience, including our previous industry-leading technologies, 160W Fast Charge and 180W Thunder Charge. Building on this, we are excited to introduce 260W and 110W wireless all-round fast charge technology and an all-round FastCharge solution that sets a new benchmark for fast charging. With this innovation, we aim to provide the best charging experience to our users.
