OnePlus introduced a cheaper version, the Buds Pro 2R, alongside the Buds Pro 2 in February, and the company said it would be available in March. As promised, the company has started pre-orders for the earbuds in India from today.
The Buds Pro 2R feature the same 48dB TUV-certified adaptive noise cancellation, 54ms low latency, and 11mm + 6mm MelodyBoost dual drivers, which are co-developed with Dynaudio.
Even though it supports Dolby Atmos and spatial audio, it does not have a six-axis IMU for head tracking. It promises up to 39 hours of total playback with the case and up to 9 hours of standalone playback without ANC. However, the case doesn’t support wireless charging, which is a feature only present on the Buds Pro 2.
Pricing and Availability
The OnePlus Buds Pro 2R comes in Obsidian Black and Misty White, priced at Rs. 9999 and is available for pre-order on Amazon.in and OnePlus online store from today, March 7 till March 13. It will be available from March 14.
