UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kiev on Wednesday to discuss a deal with Moscow that allows Black Sea exports of Ukraine grain amid Russia’s war in the country.
UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said on Tuesday, “The secretary-general has arrived in Poland via Ukraine.”
